1992 |
Troika Energy Services is formed in association with Dr. John Grace for the purpose of providing technical services in the Former Soviet Union. One project includes an "idle" wells study for the U.S. Government in support of a Clinton/Yeltsin summit. |

1995 |
The firm wins its first major integrated field study from Maraven (now PDVSA) which represents a shift in direction for the company towards more detailed geoscience and reservoir simulation work. |

1997 |
Scotia commences a major field study in Kazakhstan and is appointed by the U.S. government as one of the independent assessors for the sale of Elk Hills. With business growing, Scotia opens an office in downtown Houston. |

1999 |
Scotia wins a major contract with PEMEX as subsurface advisor to their Burgos Basin production in northeast Mexico. |

|
|
2000 |
The firm wins a further two-year contract with PEMEX as subsurface advisor. In addition, a five-year contract for technical work in support of the rehabilitation of two onshore fields in Kazakhstan is signed. |
