The Scotia M&A Database is an industry standard for documenting oil & gas property and company comparative sales. It documents over 6,000 mergers and acquisitions and contains over 3,000 companies. The database is derived from public domain information and includes the transaction date, buyer and seller identity, price and adjusted price paid, reserves and current production rates.
