In support of a new public offering in the U.S., we evaluated the oil and gas reserves of a mid-size Canadian company.

We evaluated the U.S. based oil and gas and coalbed methane assets of a British company in support of a new listing on the London Stock Exchange, including recommendations on future drilling plans.

We completed the evaluation of a company's oil and gas properties in Colombia and the U.S. in support of a private placement in Europe. Ongoing work included the implementation of further field development and advice on the securing of new acreage in Colombia.
